In the most irritating move EVER, Sony has recalled quite possibly this year's most anticipated PS3 game, 'Little Big Planet', from stores, before it's release date. Many stores had the game siting in stock rooms, waiting for Tuesday's release date. Some store have already jumped the gun, too... selling copies to lucky gamers a week in advance (word of advice to those guys... keep those copies nice, they're gonna be worth a fortune).
According the Official PlayStation Blog (here) the recall was due to:
"one of the background music tracks licensed from a record label for use in the game contains two expressions that can be found in the Qur'an."
Sigh.
Oh, the new release date for 'LBP' is October 27th. By that time, I won't care any more.

This is the right thing for Sony to do.
If they wanted to use an Arabic song in their soundtrack, they should have thoroughly checked the lyrics.
Muslims don't put the Qu'ran to music, why dilute it's message?!
