According to Kotaku, Ziff Davis' sale of 1up.com to UGO/Hearst has ended the run of arguably the best gaming magazine ever. Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM) is gone. The January issue is the last.
I didn't see this one coming.
Strangely, you can still subscribe to EGM on 1up.com.
